Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form solo dance journey guided by a DJ weekly Sunday from 12-2pm. Join the opening workshop from 11am-noon, ranging from yoga to breath-work and meditation. No shoes, cell phones, or talking on the dance floor.
